Job Requirements
- Be at least sixteen years old, except where local or state laws restrict
- Available to work various shifts including weekends and evenings
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds during shift
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle work-related stress and interact well with guests and coworkers
- Pass a background check as required by company policies
- Adhere to health and safety standards including sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior food preparation or kitchen experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple positions
Job Duties
- Prepare pizza, salads, and wings as part of food preparation
- Assist with kitchen prep tasks including ingredient preparation and station setup
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure food quality
- Collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
