Job Requirements
- Be at least sixteen years of age except where local or state restrictions apply
- Available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
- Able to lift or carry objects weighing up to fifty pounds
- Ability to handle stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- Willingness to comply with all health and safety regulations
- Comfortable working in an environment with flashing lights, loud noises, and moving mechanical parts
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Basic food preparation knowledge preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare orders quickly and accurately in a no-fry kitchen
- Assist with food prep including pizza, salads, and wings
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are strictly followed
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and teamwork
- Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness throughout shift
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Participate in cross-training to support multiple positions as needed
