Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age except where local or state laws restrict it
- Available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and co-workers
- Compliance with health and sanitation standards
- Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience helpful but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Prepare pizza, salads, and wings as part of food prep
- Assist in kitchen food preparation and ensure kitchen cleanliness
- Follow safety, sanitation, and portion control procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory and stock supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with guests
- Participate in cross-training for various kitchen and service positions
