Job Requirements
- Be at least sixteen years of age except where local or state law restricts it
- Available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds during shifts
- Capacity to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat throughout scheduled work hours
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle job stress and work effectively with guests and co-workers
- Willingness to adhere to rigorous health and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and energetic demeanor
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different kitchen roles
Job Duties
- Prepare food items such as pizza, salads, and wings following safety and quality standards
- Assist with kitchen food prep duties in a no-fry environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to support a positive guest experience
- Collaborate with team members across various stations through cross-training
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines during food preparation and service
