Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age except where local or state laws restrict
- availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- energetic and enthusiastic demeanor
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to handle stressful situations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food preparation or restaurant environment is a plus but not required
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
- strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and assist with food orders in a no-fry kitchen
- cross-train in various kitchen and service roles
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen area
- follow company guidelines for food preparation and handling
- provide excellent customer service during food preparation
- lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds
- stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
