Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age except where local or state restricts it
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking and squatting during scheduled shifts
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- excellent customer service abilities
- ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Prepare food orders accurately and efficiently
- assist with kitchen food preparation tasks
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area
- follow all health and safety regulations
- engage with team members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- operate kitchen equipment safely
- support cross-training initiatives by learning multiple roles
