Job Requirements
- Be at least sixteen 16 years of age except where local or state restricts it
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and co-workers
- must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- willing to comply with rigorous health and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environment helpful but not required
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to work well in a team
- flexible availability for various shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare orders and assist with food preparation
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- ensure quality and consistency of food items
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
- participate in cross-training for different positions
- comply with health and safety standards
