Job Requirements
- be at least sixteen 16 years of age except where local or state restricts it
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food preparation or kitchen experience is a plus
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- team player with a strong work ethic
- willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the kitchen
Job Duties
- prepare pizzas, salads, and wings in a no-fry kitchen environment
- assist with food prep to ensure timely order fulfillment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously
- support cross-training initiatives by learning multiple positions
- engage positively with guests and team members
- operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
