Job Requirements
- Be at least sixteen 16 years of age except where local or state restricts it
- Available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and work effectively with others
- Adherence to company health and safety policies
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior food preparation or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Prepare food orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with kitchen food prep including salads and wings
- Operate kitchen equipment safely in a no-fry kitchen environment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
- Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with guests and team members
- Follow health and safety protocols including handling job stress effectively
