This approach reflects in the company’s strong promotion-from-within culture, as over 60% of management staff were once frontline Cast Members.

Chuck E. Cheese is committed to accommodating individuals with disabilities and implementing rigorous health and sanitation standards that exceed local requirements, ensuring a safe environment for both employees and guests. The company also highlights inclusivity and equal opportunity, welcoming applicants from diverse backgrounds and enforcing a strict non-discrimination policy.
