Job Requirements

  • be at least sixteen 16 years of age except where local or state restricts it
  • available to work various shifts
  • excellent customer service skills
  • energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
  • ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
  • ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and co-workers

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environment helpful
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting

Job Duties

  • prepare orders and assist with food prep
  • maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • operate kitchen tools and machinery safely
  • work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely service
  • stock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • communicate effectively with front-of-house staff
