Job Requirements
- Be at least sixteen 16 years of age except where local or state restricts it
- Available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and coworkers
- Comfortable working in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in different kitchen roles
- Ability to follow health and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Prepare orders accurately including pizza, salads, and wings
- Assist with food preparation following no-fry kitchen protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Follow food safety and health guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment safely
- Work effectively with team members to ensure timely service
- Interact positively with guests to enhance their dining experience
