Job Requirements
- be at least sixteen years of age (except where local or state law restricts it)
- available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- capable of lifting 0-50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat for extended periods during shifts
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle job stress and work effectively under pressure
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service or kitchen experience helpful but not required
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to follow directions and work in a team environment
Job Duties
- prepare food orders accurately and efficiently
- assist with food preparation tasks including pizza, salads, and wings
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- follow food safety and sanitation standards
- engage positively with guests and co-workers
- handle kitchen equipment safely
- support cross-training in different kitchen roles
