Job Requirements
- Be at least sixteen years of age except where local or state restrictions apply
- Available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds during shifts
- Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during scheduled shifts
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality mandatory
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
- Willingness to comply with rigorous health and sanitation standards and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior food prep or kitchen experience beneficial but not required
- Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality suited for a team environment
- Basic math and food safety knowledge helpful
Job Duties
- Prepare food orders efficiently and accurately
- Assist with kitchen food preparation tasks
- Operate in a no-fry kitchen environment focusing on pizza, salads, and wings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food prep areas
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company standards
- Provide excellent customer service through energetic and enthusiastic interaction
- Cross-train in various kitchen and service positions to support team needs
