Job Requirements
- Be at least sixteen years of age except where local or state restricts it
- Available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds during shifts
- Capability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and effectively interact with guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare food orders according to restaurant standards
- Assist with prepping ingredients for menu items
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food service
- Interact with guests courteously when necessary
