Job Requirements
- Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
- Must have physical stamina to work 30-40 hours per week
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl occasionally
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform basic math, addition, subtraction, and understand fractions
- Must comply with dress code and professional appearance standards

Job Duties
- Execute genuine greetings and farewells, take orders, operate the cash register, collect payments from customers, and other cash-handling duties
- Make fast, accurate, and consistent orders
- Comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
- Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- Perform other related duties as required
