Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or retail helpful but not required
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Capable of working flexible days and evenings shifts
- Ability to comply with health and safety regulations
- Physical ability to perform required tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to follow company values and policies
- Must pass background and eligibility checks

- Reaches, grasps, and manipulates objects with hands for entire shift including reaching for objects overhead
- Pushes, pulls, lifts, and carries up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50+ lbs occasionally including lifting from ground to overhead
Job Duties
- Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
- Prepares and serves food items in accordance with all brand, company, and health department regulations
- Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- Keeps accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records
- Follows all government laws and safety codes
- Completes reports on all incidents following the 5-minute rule policy
