Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid ServSafe Food Handler's Certificate
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 lbs
- good interpersonal communication skills
- ability to maintain professionalism and work collaboratively in a team
- attention to detail and punctuality

- ability to be professional and courteous with their teammates

- able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended schedules during peak periods

Job Duties
- Set up side dish racks
- vegetable and sauce preparation
- prepare all side dishes, fill and refill side dish trays
- clean-up and maintenance of back pantry station and dry/wet storage areas
- assist the team with maintaining the banchan refrigerator and refilling
- assist with receiving food shipments
- perform additional duties as assigned
