Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid ServSafe Food Handler's Certificate
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 lbs
  • good interpersonal communication skills
  • ability to maintain professionalism and work collaboratively in a team
  • attention to detail and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Set up side dish racks
  • vegetable and sauce preparation
  • prepare all side dishes, fill and refill side dish trays
  • clean-up and maintenance of back pantry station and dry/wet storage areas
  • assist the team with maintaining the banchan refrigerator and refilling
  • assist with receiving food shipments
  • perform additional duties as assigned
