- Experience in large volume food preparation
- Supervisory experience
- Serv-Safe Certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Knowledge of cost controls
- Ability to operate and repair food service equipment
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
