Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Leadership abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA, USDA, FDA, and EPA requirements
- Commitment to food safety and quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and motivate a team
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent knowledge and 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities to inspire teams and achieve operational goals
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards including OSHA, USDA, FDA, and EPA
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational efficiency
Job Duties
- Lead with impact by directly overseeing food production team including leads and runners across hot and cold food prep areas
- Drive production excellence by ensuring meals are prepped, portioned, and assembled to gold standard specifications including FIFO, allergen control, HACCP compliance, and quality checks
- Oversee shift operations from preparing meals for evening flights to large-scale operations
- Be hands-on by conducting roll calls, walking the floor, monitoring prep stations, reinforcing food safety and quality standards
- Manage efficiency through scheduling, labor planning, inventory, and timely routing to meet flight deadlines
- Collaborate across teams by partnering with fellow supervisors, production leads, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations
