Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in food service operations, exhibiting a focus with human resources functions
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- prior experience working in a unionized environment
- work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service

- a keen eye for maintaining high standards in a luxury setting
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
- minimum 2 years management experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- prior experience working in a unionized environment

Job Duties
- support the day-to-day food and beverage operations within a premium/luxury airport lounge
- lead with a strong focus on human resources compliance at the site level
- support the recruitment, interviewing, employee onboarding, and the airport badging process
- monitor collective bargaining agreements, disciplinary action process, documentation, and attend labor meetings
- ensure employee satisfaction
- engage with airport authorities and local management regarding operations
- develop and maintain client, customer, and guest relationships
- motivate, coach, mentor and develop managers, frontline (hourly) staff
- ensure Sodexo standards are met and provide an exceptional guest experience to passengers
