Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in food service operations with focus on human resources functions
  • prior experience working in a unionized environment
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years of management experience in food or culinary services

Job Duties

  • support the day-to-day food and beverage operations within a premium/luxury airport lounge
  • lead with a strong focus on human resources compliance at the site level
  • support the recruitment, interviewing, employee onboarding, and the airport badging process
  • monitor CBA, disciplinary action process, documentation, and attend labor meetings
  • ensures employee satisfaction
  • engage with airport authorities and local management regarding operations
  • develop and maintain client, customer, and guest relationships
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop managers, frontline (hourly) staff
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met and provide an exceptional guest experience to passengers
