Job Requirements
- work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills
- previous supervisory experience
- ability to work collaboratively
- 3-5 years management experience in a multi-unit high volume dining environment
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- professional communication skills
- passion for high level of customer service
- ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility
- working knowledge of Food Management Systems
- proficiency in computer skills and report management
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years management experience
- 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
- strong employee engagement leadership skills
- ability to work collaboratively
- professional communication skills
- passion for high level of customer service
- working knowledge of Food Management Systems
- proficiency in computer skills and report management
