Job Requirements

  • work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills
  • previous supervisory experience
  • ability to work collaboratively
  • 3-5 years management experience in a multi-unit high volume dining environment
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • professional communication skills
  • passion for high level of customer service
  • ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility
  • working knowledge of Food Management Systems
  • proficiency in computer skills and report management

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years management experience
  • 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
  • strong employee engagement leadership skills
  • ability to work collaboratively
  • professional communication skills
  • passion for high level of customer service
  • working knowledge of Food Management Systems
  • proficiency in computer skills and report management
