Job Requirements
- work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills
- previous supervisory experience and ability to work collaboratively
- previous experience in a K-12 environment preferred
- culinary production experience and strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- demonstrate professional communication skills
- passion for high level of customer service
- prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 3 years of management experience
- minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- strong employee engagement and leadership skills
- prior supervisory experience
- professional communication skills
- culinary production experience
- strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility
Job Duties
- have oversight of day-to-day operations
- deliver high quality food service
- provide employee training and development
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- assist in the development and implementation of strategic/operational plans
- have the ability and willingness to motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly paid staff)
- ensure Sodexo and National School Lunch (NSLP)/USDA standards are met
