Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driver’s license record check
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly across multiple healthcare locations in Michigan
  • Ability to manage multiple P&L budgets efficiently
  • Prior experience in multi-unit management within healthcare or large-scale hospitality environment
  • Proven track record of developing strategic growth plans and managing complex client relationships
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in food or culinary services
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple P&Ls
  • Experience developing strategic growth plans
  • Strong background in food service operations overseeing retail cafes and culinary teams
  • Outstanding professional communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic direction and daily support to General Managers across several locations to ensure operational consistency and excellence
  • Act as a key partner to the Client Executive, ensuring Sodexo’s services align with the health system’s strategic goals
  • Drive P&L performance across the area, managing budgets, labor, and retail revenue while identifying opportunities for growth
  • Mentor and coach General Managers, fostering a culture of professional growth, accountability, and a "Service First" mindset
  • Ensure all locations meet or exceed Sodexo’s rigorous safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standards
