Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driver’s license record check
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly across multiple healthcare locations in Michigan
- Ability to manage multiple P&L budgets efficiently
- Prior experience in multi-unit management within healthcare or large-scale hospitality environment
- Proven track record of developing strategic growth plans and managing complex client relationships
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in food or culinary services
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication abilities

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple P&Ls
- Experience developing strategic growth plans
- Strong background in food service operations overseeing retail cafes and culinary teams
- Outstanding professional communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide strategic direction and daily support to General Managers across several locations to ensure operational consistency and excellence
- Act as a key partner to the Client Executive, ensuring Sodexo’s services align with the health system’s strategic goals
- Drive P&L performance across the area, managing budgets, labor, and retail revenue while identifying opportunities for growth
- Mentor and coach General Managers, fostering a culture of professional growth, accountability, and a "Service First" mindset
- Ensure all locations meet or exceed Sodexo’s rigorous safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standards
