Job Requirements
- minimum education requirement - bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum management experience - 3 years
- minimum functional experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
- strong employee engagement leadership skills
- previous supervisory experience
- ability to work collaboratively
- experience working within a K-12 environment
- culinary production experience
- strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- demonstrate professional communication skills
- passion for high level of customer service
- ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- have oversight of day-to-day operations
- ensure Sodexo and National School Lunch (NSLP)/USDA standards are met
- provide employee training and development
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- assist in the development and implementation of strategic/marketing plans
