Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driver's license record check
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years management experience
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services
  • Strong hands-on subject matter experience in food operations and diverse retail
  • Experience in healthcare and retail industries preferred
  • Working knowledge of data tracking and analysis
  • Ability to mentor and develop staff
  • Experience managing multiple locations or business segments

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
  • Strong hands-on subject matter experience in food operations, diverse retail, menu implementation, and new business deployment
  • Background in healthcare and other retail industries preferred
  • Cross service experience a plus
  • Experience in organizations with multiple locations or business segments
  • Working knowledge and ability to create spreadsheets to track metrics, analyze data and offer innovative solutions

Job Duties

  • Help further develop retail framework business within healthcare
  • Be a subject matter expert in functional tools and systems including point-of-service, food management systems and marketing platforms
  • Provide operational support such as training and development
  • Track compliance to key metrics
  • Utilize expertise and skills to enhance operational strategy
  • Experience with diverse retail concepts including cafe, coffee, micro markets, consumer technology including self-service and remote ordering, and gift shops/company stores
  • Create and deliver innovative and enriching cafe experiences for patients, family and staff daily
  • Mentor and develop frontline staff
  • Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
