Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts
  • Excellent leadership and administrative abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven track record of strong leadership and management of large-scale operations
  • Excellent leadership and administrative abilities including hiring training and developing high-performing teams
  • Commitment to building and maintaining strong client and customer relationships through exceptional service
  • Hands-on food service and catering experience
  • Thorough knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities communicate professionally and deliver outstanding customer service with passion

Job Duties

  • Provide strong front-of-house leadership ensuring operational excellence and consistent service standards across all units
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients vendors and internal teams ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination
  • Train mentor and develop a diverse team promoting professional growth and sustaining a high-performance culture
  • Oversee high-end large-volume catering operations with an emphasis on exceptional quality presentation and guest satisfaction
  • Champion a customer-centric service culture that drives engagement elevates the guest experience and supports organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships with executive presence leveraging food service systems and tools to streamline and enhance operations
