Job Requirements
- valid drivers license with acceptable drivers license record
- ability to create and analyze spreadsheets

- proficiency in food management systems and marketing platforms
- commitment to customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 3 years management experience
- minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services or mall food courts
- strong hands-on subject matter experience in food operations and diverse retail
- experience in healthcare and retail industries preferred
- experience with multiple locations or business segments
- working knowledge of spreadsheets for tracking metrics and data analysis
Job Duties
- help further develop retail framework business within healthcare
- be a subject matter expert regarding functional tools and systems including point-of-service and food management systems
- provide operational support such as training and development
- track compliance to key metrics
- utilize expertise to enhance operational strategy
- manage diverse retail concepts including caf, coffee, micro markets, consumer technology and gift shops
- create and deliver innovative cafe experiences
- mentor and develop frontline staff
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
