Job Requirements

  • valid drivers license with acceptable drivers license record
  • ability to create and analyze spreadsheets
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • willingness to travel to multiple locations
  • ability to mentor and develop staff
  • proficiency in food management systems and marketing platforms
  • commitment to customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 3 years management experience
  • minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services or mall food courts
  • strong hands-on subject matter experience in food operations and diverse retail
  • experience in healthcare and retail industries preferred
  • experience with multiple locations or business segments
  • working knowledge of spreadsheets for tracking metrics and data analysis

Job Duties

  • help further develop retail framework business within healthcare
  • be a subject matter expert regarding functional tools and systems including point-of-service and food management systems
  • provide operational support such as training and development
  • track compliance to key metrics
  • utilize expertise to enhance operational strategy
  • manage diverse retail concepts including caf, coffee, micro markets, consumer technology and gift shops
  • create and deliver innovative cafe experiences
  • mentor and develop frontline staff
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
