- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years management experience
- Minimum three years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Job Duties
- Oversee daily food, residential, catering, and retail operations to ensure excellence in quality, service, and presentation
- Train, develop, and lead a large management and hourly team (union environment experience a plus)
- Manage purchasing, food, and labor costs, and budget performance to meet or exceed financial targets
- Uphold Sodexo’s food and physical safety programs and compliance standards
- Foster strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and partnership
- Champion service excellence, promoting a positive and engaging customer experience across all dining locations
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that align with both client and company goals
