Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Three years of management experience
  • Three years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts or similar
  • Experience leading and managing a team
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to drive program compliance and meet project target dates
  • Experience driving customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate effectively
  • Experience managing projects within timelines

Job Duties

  • Direct and manage all aspects of food service operations including sanitation cafeteria service and patient meal production and delivery
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo client and healthcare regulatory standards related to food safety and sanitation
  • Partner with clinical nutrition and nursing teams to ensure patient satisfaction and adherence to dietary requirements
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement through staff development process optimization and cost control
  • Maintain effective client relationships and ensure consistent service excellence aligned with Sodexo’s mission and values
  • Analyze data and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization related to training leading hospital committees and change management
  • Manage projects within agreed upon timelines
