- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum three years management experience
- minimum three years work experience in food or culinary services
- experience in K-12 environment
- strong employee engagement leadership skills
- culinary production experience
- safety and sanitation compliance knowledge
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- flexibility to assume additional responsibilities
- valid driver's license

Job Duties
- have oversight of day-to-day operations
- deliver high quality food service
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- assist in the development and implementation of strategic/operational plans
- motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline hourly staff
- ensure Sodexo and National School Lunch Program (NSLP)/USDA standards are met
