Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of management experience
  • 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
  • demonstrated strong employee engagement leadership skills
  • previous supervisory experience
  • strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
  • ability to work collaboratively
  • excellent communication skills
  • enthusiasm and confidence
  • ability to drive employee success
  • ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility
  • working knowledge of computer skills and report management

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years management experience
  • 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • experience in food production and safety compliance
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills
  • experience with computer skills and report management
  • passion for high level customer service

Job Duties

  • have oversight of daily food production (trayline service)
  • successfully coordinate all required tasks through supervisors and frontline staff
  • deliver high quality food services
  • ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance
  • have daily interaction with residents, their families and clinical team to ensure resident satisfaction
  • create a positive environment
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met
