- working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 3 years management experience
- minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- strong leadership skills
- ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- professional communication skills
- passion for high-level customer service
- working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs
Job Duties
- motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly-paid) staff
- provide stellar customer service
- oversee cash handling processes, and POS programming and maintenance
- ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed
- conduct patient services standard audits
- manage the opening and closing the operation as well daily patient services and retail food service operations
- manage vendor relationships and compliance
- maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place
