Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years management experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and ensure compliance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with union staff is preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Strong background in healthcare foodservice leadership
  • Proven track record in budget management, compliance, and staff development
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Experience working with union staff is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of approximately 150 employees to deliver excellence in patient and retail food service
  • Drive patient satisfaction through innovative and compassionate dining experiences
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and client relationships
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance quality of care
