Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience with labor management systems such as Kronos
  • Proficiency in cash handling
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Manage daily foodservice operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Oversee labor management, scheduling, and payroll through Kronos
  • Handle cash management, ensuring proper handling, reconciliation, and accountability
  • Monitor inventory, waste management, and cost control measures to drive financial performance
  • Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with Sodexo and regulatory guidelines
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance service offerings
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to align foodservice operations with institutional goals
