Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience with labor management systems such as Kronos
- Proficiency in cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Duties
- Manage daily foodservice operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Supervise and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee labor management, scheduling, and payroll through Kronos
- Handle cash management, ensuring proper handling, reconciliation, and accountability
- Monitor inventory, waste management, and cost control measures to drive financial performance
- Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with Sodexo and regulatory guidelines
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance service offerings
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to align foodservice operations with institutional goals
