Job Requirements
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
- strong employee engagement leadership skills
- previous supervisory experience
- culinary production experience
- strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- professional communication skills
- passion for high level of customer service
- prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility
- proficiency in Sodexo Food Management System and The Market Connection software (not applicable to external candidates)
