Job Requirements

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
  • strong employee engagement leadership skills
  • previous supervisory experience
  • culinary production experience
  • strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • professional communication skills
  • passion for high level of customer service
  • prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility
  • proficiency in Sodexo Food Management System and The Market Connection software (not applicable to external candidates)
