Job Requirements

  • food service management experience
  • work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • ability to manage multiple priorities

  • passion for a high level of customer service
  • flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs

Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • professional communication skills
  • passion for a high level of customer service
  • working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs

Job Duties

  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline hourly-paid staff
  • provide stellar customer service
  • oversee cash handling processes and POS programming and maintenance
  • ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed
  • conduct patient services standard audits
  • manage the opening and closing of the operation as well as daily patient services and retail food service operations
  • manage vendor relationships and compliance
  • maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place
