Job Requirements

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years food service management experience
  • minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • professional communication skills
  • passion for high-level customer service
  • flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • working knowledge of automated food inventory ordering production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • motivate coach mentor and develop frontline hourly-paid staff
  • provide stellar customer service
  • oversee cash handling processes and POS programming and maintenance
  • ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed
  • conduct patient services standard audits
  • manage the opening and closing of the operation as well daily patient services and retail food service operations
  • manage vendor relationships and compliance
  • maintain all product merchandising marketing and ordering standards
