Job Requirements
- Have experience leading and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed client and customer expectations in service and technical execution of a healthcare system
- Have experience driving customer service or guest satisfaction results in a healthcare environment preferred
- Possess strong leadership skills and work independently to drive program compliance and meet project target dates
- Can analyze data present and effectively communicate to all organizational levels related to training hospital committees and change management
- Have experience managing projects within agreed timelines
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts etc
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in driving customer service or guest satisfaction in a healthcare environment preferred
- Proven skills in data analysis presentation and communication
- Experience in project management and meeting target dates
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and daily oversight to 15 client employees including 3 team leads
- Direct and manage all aspects of food service operations including sanitation cafeteria service and patient meal production and delivery
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo client and healthcare regulatory standards related to food safety and sanitation
- Partner with clinical nutrition and nursing teams to ensure patient satisfaction and adherence to dietary requirements
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement through staff development process optimization and cost control
- Maintain effective client relationships and ensure consistent service excellence aligned with Sodexo's mission and values
