Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily retail food service operations including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and vendor compliance
- Oversee POS programming and cash handling processes
- Ensure all signage including digital is accurate and in place
- Conduct brand standard audits and maintain integrity across national and in-house retail concepts
- Ensure adherence to food safety and physical safety standards while supporting high level of customer service
