Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- union management experience required
- ability to work primarily day shifts with flexibility as needed including every other weekend
- strong organizational skills
- effective communication skills
- passion for guest experience

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the East Pavilion Café and Micro-Market
- lead, mentor, and support a team of 40 union employees
- drive guest satisfaction and maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- ensure compliance with Sodexo, hospital, and regulatory standards
- partner with culinary and retail teams to enhance menu variety and service efficiency
- maintain strong financial performance and control operating costs
