Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years management experience
- At least 2 years work experience in food services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional, or mall food courts
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work primarily day shifts with flexibility including every other weekend
- Experience in union management
- Energetic and hands-on leadership style
Job Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the East Pavilion Café and Micro-Market
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 40 union employees
- Drive guest satisfaction and maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo, hospital, and regulatory standards
- Partner with culinary and retail teams to enhance menu variety and service efficiency
- Maintain strong financial performance and control operating costs
