working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System and The Market Connection (for internal candidates)
proficiency in computer skills and report management

Job Qualifications

associate's degree or equivalent experience
minimum 2 years management experience
minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
strong leadership and employee engagement skills
excellent communication abilities
knowledge of food safety and sanitation compliance
proficiency in managing multiple priorities
