Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts etc

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in managing food service operations preferably in a healthcare or high-volume environment
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Financial acumen including budgeting forecasting and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple retail dining outlets ensuring exceptional service and efficient workflows
  • Collaborate with culinary patient services and supply chain teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality dining experience
  • Monitor and manage financial performance including budgeting cost control and revenue growth strategies
  • Lead and develop frontline staff fostering a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement
