Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts etc
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in managing food service operations preferably in a healthcare or high-volume environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Financial acumen including budgeting forecasting and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations across multiple retail dining outlets ensuring exceptional service and efficient workflows
- Collaborate with culinary patient services and supply chain teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality dining experience
- Monitor and manage financial performance including budgeting cost control and revenue growth strategies
- Lead and develop frontline staff fostering a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement
