Job Requirements
- minimum associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- strong employee engagement and leadership skills
- background in safety and sanitation compliance
- experience in high volume food service
- preferred contract food service experience
- preferred experience managing staff in a union environment
- preferred food service experience in high-end establishment
- strong professional communication skills
- ability to prioritize tasks and flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
Job Qualifications

Job Duties

- oversee menu planning, inventory control, and food ordering using online food management systems
- maintain food quality, safety, and presentation standards
- ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming dining environment
- manage food and labor costs and maintain departmental budgets
- uphold safety and sanitation compliance
- lead and engage staff ensuring operational efficiency and positive client relations
