Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for high-level customer service

- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels

- Knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
Job Duties
- Oversee food service operations ensuring smooth and efficient breakfast and lunch service
- Supervise and support the hourly team and manage inventory and ordering
- Successfully coordinate and delegate all day-to-day tasks alongside frontline team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
- Demonstrate expertise in food service, culinary trends, team building to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs
- Lead recruitment, training, and mentoring of team members to foster a high-performing work environment
