Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for high-level customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels
  • Strong professional communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems

Job Duties

  • Oversee food service operations ensuring smooth and efficient breakfast and lunch service
  • Supervise and support the hourly team and manage inventory and ordering
  • Successfully coordinate and delegate all day-to-day tasks alongside frontline team
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
  • Demonstrate expertise in food service, culinary trends, team building to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs
  • Lead recruitment, training, and mentoring of team members to foster a high-performing work environment
