Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years management experience
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Personable, caring, and highly attentive to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple service platforms in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative leader who enjoys building positive client relationships
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to juggle both daily operations and special projects

Job Duties

  • Deliver a warm, concierge-level hospitality experience to clients and guests
  • Oversee front-of-house operations to ensure an inviting, seamless service environment
  • Manage the Everyday App mobile ordering system programming and digital signage for promotions and guest communication
  • Partner closely with the client to plan and execute high-quality catering events
  • Lead, coach, and support on-site staff to maintain operational excellence
  • Handle pantry ordering and collaborate with the Executive Chef on café purchasing
  • Support ongoing projects aimed at enhancing the overall service experience
