Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or 2 years equivalent experience in quick service food operations
- Demonstrated culinary skills with a strong understanding of food safety
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional communication skills
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Reliability, organization, flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems

Job Duties
- Manage on site food service production and actively prepare breakfast and lunch meals
- Oversee daily food operations, ensuring high-quality products and service delivery
- Manage all ordering, inventory and daily reports
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, including food safety and physical safety programs
- Drive operational excellence while maintaining a positive work environment and client satisfaction
