Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • have oversight of day-to-day front of house operations for 3 restaurants, a pub and catering
  • manage catering billing and coordinate event logistics to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
  • manage a front-of-house team of approximately 50 staff members, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism
  • deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and resident dining operations
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met
