Job Duties
- have oversight of day-to-day front of house operations for 3 restaurants, a pub and catering
- manage catering billing and coordinate event logistics to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
- manage a front-of-house team of approximately 50 staff members, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism
- deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and resident dining operations
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests
- ensure Sodexo standards are met
